Back again in S’pore.....

Back again in S’pore......
Not expected but back in S’pore….next 12 days I’ll be here….

back on Mission....

Yesterday I got call from my supervisor. I surprised bcz I m on leave. He ask me to come back s’pore for finish the remaining project. I was In mood to celebrate my vacation but then I come to no this is opportunity, I accept it. I arrived here last night, and Today I m flying to S’pore again. Great opportunity to work on tools again.

19th April - A Special Day….

This was a special day for me, my sister and my family. A day when my sister get married. Happy moment in our family. When the AKSHATA(rise) of blessing fall on the head of couple who get married, its different achievement for them in life. When they complete 7 round around Agni(Fire), in each round they promise each other to take care each other, to understand each other, to be honest with each other etc. after that they become the officially Husband and wife….
Its different feeling bcz a girl born in our family, then she lived with us for 27 yrs then one day she get married with someone and live with him forever….. emotional…..
But its fact, its culture, its rules of life. When the function was over everybody having tears in eyes. Specially my mom…..ya its natural…. Its difficult to face this kind of situation spl for mothers. To separates there baby from themselves. But overall the huge function. Definitely going to miss her in our family bcz she is with us last 27 yrs and now she going to start her new life. She also going to miss us, she have to adjust some things as she is becoming the member of new house. Congratulation to her and best of Luck them for new life……

Back to Aamchi Mumbai....

Wow!! Its different feeling after come back to India. Aamchi Mumbai…..special place for me.. but soon I have to go to my native place….bcz marriage function not here its at my native place. 2mrow I fly there with some of my bro and relatives….
Wish to do something extra for function but not enough time.
4 days to go…….. might not be able to write blogs but I’ll update all after come back.

Today I flying to India….i m excited. Hope santosh will not alone here. Although two guys from kememan is here to support us. But they also flying to Kemaman soon.
Btwn I send one hindi song CD to her, as she like some Hindi songs. Ok bye time to say Goodbye Singapore…….

Ready to go back India…..

Wow two more days and I’ll fly to india. Actually mind is not ready to go back from middle of project. Love to work here on project I don’t no why?? But I have to go as I told early. This Sunday my Sisters marriage..Wow!! first big function in my home. I cant concentrate here and there as well. To work on RLL tool is something different for me. And there everybody busy, wish to be there before but what I can do?? This kind of opportunity comes few times in life..

boss???????

Lots of things happen here. A person should work with us is seat with our boss and behave like boss with us. What happen if he is senior of us he is also technician. Our boss also neglect these things. I think he should work with us, we all r trained for same perpose then why this condition occur?? This is a mentality of Indian people. They feel boss himself after some kind of support get from bosses. Me and Santosh actually more trained in this tools but both having problem to show it to bosses. We both not talk with boss more. Therefore they think these guys don’t know anything. As we r new in this field as this is our first job we don’t no how to manage things…. No worries our aim is to finish India Projet…..thats its. We know what we capable for, we have full self confident. So, no need to worry.

Despite of busy work I manage time to chat with her…. I decide to tell her everything, what I m tried to tell her recently. But when I start its already time to go home….i told her everything but not a single word reply from there……..i don’t know why?? May be she went back already before I say anything. Her status was online but may be she was not there. Atleast I told her everything.. I hope she read it….. I don’t think so I get time now to chat with her now bcz no time and no PC as well.

Crazy planning……

Sometimes a question come in my mind who made this people as higher management?? Before any plan, any survey they decide to build all tools here in sing-2 facility. Sing-2 is the manufacturing facility. here how we can build the tools yaar?? Big mistake of management…. But they just can take decision. 2morow they can tell us shift all to Sing-1. Then we dnt have option to move, indirect we r the one who suffer…. And I think this is going to happen soon.
